Team Beauty X ("TBX", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and inquiry information: Name, email address, mobile number, language preference, and details you provide during registration or when requesting information.
• Health & Fitness Data: Weight entries, InBody scan results, workout logs, food logs, and activity data you voluntarily log in the app.
• Booking & Class Data: Class reservations, attendance history, and membership information.
• Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Usage Data: App interactions, page views, and feature usage to improve the experience.
• Advertising measurement data: On marketing landing pages, we may collect ad click identifiers, browser/device information, page visits, and inquiry submission events to measure campaign performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and manage your membership and class bookings.
• To display your fitness progress, leaderboards, and transformation timelines.
• To respond to inquiries and, when you request it, send information and follow-up messages by text.
• To send class reminders, announcements, and promotional messages consistent with your communication choices.
• To process payments and manage referral credits.
• To improve our app features and user experience.
• To measure advertising performance and improve delivery of Team Beauty marketing campaigns.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments) solely to operate our services. On Team Beauty marketing landing pages, we use Meta advertising measurement tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to report page visits and inquiry conversions. Contact identifiers sent for conversion matching are hashed before server-side transmission where supported; click/browser identifiers may also be sent for attribution. We do not send your TBX health or fitness logs to Meta for advertising measurement. Health and fitness data you submit may be visible to your assigned coach. Leaderboard data (such as weight loss progress) is displayed within the app to other members only if you participate in challenges or leaderboards.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; we honor reasonable opt-out requests across our messaging systems. California residents may have additional rights under CCPA.
